Alexia Mitchell is a Licensed Clinical Therapist-Associate and the Owner/Founder of Reset and Heal, LLC. Reset and Heal is a mental health consulting company. Alexia has emerged as a leader in the mental health sector, by providing equitable access to mental health services for women and minorities in the Triad. Prior to launching her company, Alexia served as Community Executive and as an Executive Director for one of North Carolina's leading child behavioral health care providers. Alexia also served as a Child Welfare Scholar in Children and Family Services for various local and regional county administered social service systems.
Using her own life experiences and clinical expertise, Alexia’s consulting firm partners with both public and private sectors, major non-profits, private foundations, faith based organizations, and educational institutions to provide mental health consulting and support. Her vast knowledge assists people in understanding trauma and how it affects every part of their lives. Alexia is trauma informed and clinically proficient in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, an evidence based modality. Alexia continues to further her resume by leaning into maternal mental health and self care.
